Nine systems of project management

Project management mind map includes nine systems of project management, such as project procurement management, project cost accounting and time management. Ten major areas of project management: progress, cost, quality, scope and other four core areas; risk, communication, procurement, human resources, stakeholders and other five auxiliary areas, and one overall area. Project initiation: establishing a project or a project phase. Project planning: develop and maintain an operational plan for the completion of the project. Project execution: coordinate human and other resources to implement the plan. Project monitoring: through monitoring and progress measurement and taking corrective measures when necessary to ensure the realization of project objectives. Project closure: formal acceptance of a project or project phase and its successful completion in an orderly manner.
