考核参加时间一周半,自己离去。
1、帆软自学式考核还是比较有特色的,考核内容不是很难,但是需要耐心和时间;
2、通过率问题,小组四个人,有校招两人被淘汰,社招的看不惯考核官各种(下文详说)…怼完后离去,刚得知另外一组也有人离去。
3、考核官问题:
(1)没有丝毫时间观念可言,考核明细表上有很详细的时间安排,也有规定的,很标准的淘汰规则,每次通知考核时,临时通知,内容不说(其他考核官并非如此);
(2)组内标准不一致,别人要求一小时完成sql题,到你这就变成了20分钟,一个按照题目要求写出来的很简单的查询,偏要问你怎么证明它是对的之类的话,你答不出来的时候或是质疑他的时候,总用一些工作的时候,你知道客户会提什么要求来搪塞你,这可能是他们偏爱校招生的原因(好欺负嘛);
(3)会带点人格侮辱,时间到了第三次考核,临时通知临时决定,任务进度都到了第十天,还在问第一天的内容,若是没复习打不上来,各种嘲讽,带点辱骂的话就出来了;
(4)很不上心,还老是甩锅HR,考核官之间存在很多完全不一致的临时提问,考核标准由自身决定,无人监督。
(5)不给你说出每一次考核进度,内容以及你的表现情况,基本脱离考核时间安排,还甩锅给你。

综合上述的种种原因,决定离开这样的公司,虽然他代表不了公司,但是给人带来的就是这家公司不负责的直观感受。一个项目实施的考核官,进度都偏离的规定时间,随心所欲,临时决定时间,不通知考核内容,各种嘲讽挖苦欺负校招新人,不针对公司,就是对这样的考核官工作态度和人品表示质疑。
注:公司环境比较普通的写字楼低层2、3、4、5,办公环境一般,所在三楼卫生间极不方便(两个位),设施一般般,食堂也还将就,归属感不强。
