需要外围芯片的啊!
最近发现的芯片EC190708,触摸模拟按键IC。
长按三秒开关机。
这自己用个51写个程序也一样吧,就输出一个高电平,控制一个MOS管就可以了。
STC8便宜的才几毛,不比这个划算嘛。反正只是单片机用。
说实话,单买价格挺贵的。就借鉴一下实现方法吧。自己用个单片机实现功能。
主要是不用和芯片相关联,不用写相关代码程序。

SAM8108:按键触发开关 IC
上电 OFF(高阻态), 按一下按键输出为 ON(低电平), 再按 OFF(高阻态)。
其实SAM8108还有延时触发模式(SOP8封装)
1489-EBD7:1.5S开关机芯片
当OPT检测为高时,KEY端口无效。
长按 KEY1 按键 1.5 秒开机,OUTH 输出高电平、OUTL 输出低电平。
再长按 1.5 秒关机,OUTH 翻转 为低电平、OUTL 翻转为高电平。
OPT:检测到高电平输入时,OUTH 输出高电平、OUTL 输出低电平,OPT 一直检测到高,OUTH 一直保持高电平输 出;OUTL
一直保持低电平输出,直到 OPT 高信号消失。
