1 月 23 日,山东济南,被誉为“万里黄河第一隧”的济南黄河隧道全线贯通。这是我国在建最大直径的公轨合建盾构隧道。
在济南泺口段,黄河河床高出南岸城区地面达 5 米,最大洪水位高出河床 11.62
米,成为水量巨大的地上“悬河”,而且地质脆弱,存在大量黏土、高硬度岩石和超高的水土压力,挖掘隧道的难度可想而知。
济南黄河隧道位于济南城市中轴线上,南接主城区济泺路,北连新旧动能转换先行区。
隧道盾构段长 2519 米,设计为双管双层公轨共建,上层为双向六车道公路,最快 4 分钟可穿越黄河,下层为轨道交通,最快 2
分半可穿越黄河,比绕道济南黄河大桥可以节约将近 1 个小时的车程。
2019 年 9 月开始,中国铁建所属中铁十四局集团、济南城市建设集团联合打造的“黄河号”和“泰山号”两台超大直径泥水平衡盾构机先后始发掘进,
每一台盾构机总重 4000 吨,刀盘开挖直径 15.76 米,相当于 5 层楼高。
据悉,整条隧道有 2 万多条拼装接缝,平均错台误差仅 2 毫米。
济南黄河隧道将于今年 10 月份建成通车。
